Vincenzo Della Valle, was born in Caserta, Italy, in 1982.
After studying accounting, he pursued his passion for fashion, earning educational titles such as a showcase and visual merchandiser, working for various stores and luxury fashion and accessories companies in Campania. In 2005 he graduated in Fashion Design at the Second University of Naples, Luigi Vanvitelli, specializing in Graphic Design, a role he still plays full time. And it is on the field of work that he meets Pina Pirozzi, and in 2016 together with other friends, they found the collective Apnea. From 2018 the collective gives way to the stylistic duo that continues the work of the brand.
Pina Pirozzi was born near Naples in 1985.
Always passionate about fashion, even as a child. Her studies are directed to the clothing field, earning a diploma as a Clothing and Fashion Technician, followed by a degree with honors in Fashion Design at the Second University of Naples, Luigi Vanvitelli. After various experiences in clothing companies, he presents a small capsule collection entirely hand-made during the AltaRoma project, Artisanal Intelligence, in 2012.
On this occasion, Sara Maino, and Franca Sozzani, and Susy Menkez appreciate her project, and in September 2012, she is selected for the Vogue Talent. In the same year, she began her experience at the Maison Fendi (which continues today), and in 2016 together with some friends, she founded the Apnoea brand.
